End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Mycararmor (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our application (“App”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business or personal use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without permission

3. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services including:

• Intuit
• QuickBooks

By using our App, you also agree to comply with their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

4. User Data & Authorization

To use certain features, you authorize us to access your data via QuickBooks APIs.

• You retain ownership of your data
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data
• You may revoke access at any time

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding your data) remain the exclusive property of Mycararmor.

6. Fees & Payments (if applicable)

• Certain features may require payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate this Agreement
• Required by law
• Third-party access (e.g., Intuit) is revoked

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Mycararmor shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mycararmor from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Violation of this Agreement
• Misuse of third-party services like QuickBooks

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

12. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Utah, USA.
